Whether your business is small or large, you need a confidant to help navigate the challenges of running a company. I help executives achieve their goals by combining my executive management experience with big data, statistics, and predictive analytics background. You may have a CFO or accountant who brings financial expertise, a Head of HR who worries about people and morale, a General Counsel who brings you legal advice, or a VP who runs a segment of your business. Still, you need a strategic partner who pulls everything together and works across the company to understand and eliminate cross-functional challenges. I apply my unique skillset giving CEO/CXOs the confidence to make hard decisions or take a vacation. I am an asset to executives because I understand the realities of running a business and at the same time provide insights derived from data. Because I have worked with CEOs for years at a time, I know how to partner with executives in a non-threatening manner.

As COO at Filter, I partnered with three CEOs over the course of five years. Serving as a trusted advisor, I provided the ability to forecast the business in real-time and acted as a sounding board for the founder and its CEO. I co-led pivot of the company from a staffing provider to a professional services company, facilitating the sale of the company to a $1b buyer.  Post-sale, I oversaw a staff of practice leads, recruiting, IT, and 300 consultants on accounts ranging up to $20m.

As VP of Operations and Partner at Ascentium/SMITH, I empowered the COO to focus on driving sales while ensuring that strategic decisions were based on data. I was responsible for the business operations of a newly-formed 100-person digital agency division, collaborating with other division heads and ensuring utilization and profitability goals were met.

Prior to corporate management roles, I was a consultant for 10 years providing technology, project management, and client management services for clients ranging from start up to Fortune 100.

I have been on the Advisory Board of the Information Technology and Administrative Management Department for Central Washington University for over five years, contributing to department strategy and curriculum development.

I hold a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
